Bootstrap helper classes issues

Hi, I need to replace all paddings and margins in custom CSS classes with Bootstrap helper classes for paddings and margins. So, how can I:

  1. find CSS/SCSS files that have paddings and margins in custom classes (to replace them)
  2. call a CLI command to find out how many paddings and margins are there.

  1. This command will output all places where there is padding or margin class
    find . -name '*.scss' -exec grep -E 'padding|margin' "{}" +
  2. This command will output all used padding and margin class counts in the directory where you run that command
    find . -name '*.scss' -exec grep -E 'padding|margin' "{}" + | wc -l

the second command works fine, but the first one show duplications, the ideal would be just to show the file name only ones
